Nigerian comedian cum actor Debo Adebayo popularly called Mr Macaroni has reacted after terrorists threatened to kidnap Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari and Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufia.
HausaToday earlier reported that terrorists responsible for the killing and abduction of scores during the Abuja-Kaduna train attack about four months ago threatened over the weekend that they would come after Nigeria’s leader and the incumbent Governor.
Reacting to the development which has become a topic of discussion online, Macaroni in a post shared on Twitter said the prolonged captivity of the attacked passengers has continued to prove how little the government values the lives of Nigerians.
According to the comedian, politicians are only interested in the votes of the masses as they do not care about their safety or protection.
He tweeted: “The prolonged Captivity of the Abuja-Kaduna train attack passengers continues to prove how little the Government values our lives as Nigerians.
“They are only interested in our votes. They don’t care about our safety or protection.
“Nigerians, the ball is in your court.”
