Media personality, Frank Edoho, has mocked his colleague, Japheth Omojuwa, for excluding the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, in a recent poll conducted on the microblogging platform, Twitter.
HausaToday reports that Omojuwa had in the Twitter poll listed the All Progressives Congress (APC) flagbearer, Bola Tinubu, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Atiku Abubakar and Rabiu Kwankwaso of New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) as the main contenders.
He classified presidential candidates of other political parties like Omoyele Sowore, Kola Abiola, and ‘Others’ in the same category.
However, Sowore, Kola, and ‘Others’ got 58% of 98,035 votes with Tinubu, Kwankwaso, and Atiku losing.
While Tinubu secured 27.6%, Atiku got 9.8% and Kwankwaso got 4.6%.
Reacting, Frank Edoho mocked Omojuwa over the outcome of the poll, saying Peter Obi is so big that he had to be included in the category of ‘Other’ and still polled the majority of the votes.
Frank noted that Omojuwa must be a Davido fan as he made reference to the singer’s popular saying ‘We rise by lifting others.’
He wrote: “I saw what you did there. Peter Obi is so big that you had to put him in the ‘others’ category that polled 57 majority. You must be a Davido fan because you are trying to rise by lifting others. Thanks for being Obedient.”
